About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Yoshitha. I’m from Canada and recently returned after spending two years in South Korea, where I worked as an English teacher at a hagwon. I taught both kindergarten (4-5 year olds) and elementary (7-12 year olds) students, helping beginners build English from scratch and guiding more advanced learners toward confident speaking and essay writing. As a teacher, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing their confidence. I’ve helped young learners go from knowing no English to forming sentences, telling their own stories, and speaking fluently.
